Yes! You are welcome to customize any of the pieces in our collection, or create something original. We can create anything based on photos or video you provide.

All of our pieces are crafted to the specifications of your ring size, metal, and center stone selections. This means that we do not have your ring in stock and will manufacture it after your order is placed.

Our current production time for engagement rings is approximately 6-8 weeks from the time your order is placed to the time it is shipped. Loose stones will be shipped in 1-3 weeks after you place an order.

We ship using UPS 2nd Day Air for all domestic shipments and DHL Express Worldwide for all international shipments unless otherwise specified.

Yes of course. A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped.

One of our core principles is transparent communication. Our founder is accessible through email during production and is available to answer questions at anytime.

Returns of loose moissanite are accepted within 14 days of receipt as long as the stone has not been set or damaged, and is accompanied by boxes and original packaging.  We will refund the purchase amount in the same method of payment, minus a 3% fee (if payment was processed by credit card).

Returns of jewelry are accepted within 14 days of receipt as long as the jewelry is unworn, contains all original stones, and is accompanied by all boxes and original packaging.  We will refund the purchase amount, minus a 15% restocking fee, in the same method of payment. Please contact us prior to shipping so that we can provide you with return instructions.

We cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom made orders or resized items.

Any cancellation of purchases paid by credit card will be subject to a 3% credit card fee. This pertains to cancellation of jewelry orders before CAD design is approved.

Loose Stones: Yasamine Co. provides a lifetime warranty on all moissanite against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty protects against chipping, breaking, scratching, and abrasions due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage as a result of outside forces such as accidental scratches, abuse, misuse, wear and tear, loss, or theft. The warranty is effective as of the date of purchase and there is no need to register your stone to be eligible for protection.

Jewelry: Yasamine Co. is committed to a superior quality standard. Each piece is handcrafted and quality inspected before shipment, so we stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If the piece has been altered in any way by a jeweler other than Yasamine Co., the warranty is no longer valid.

Fine jewelry, diamonds and moissanite are not impervious to damage or trauma. Warranty is not valid in the case of damage due to trauma, product loss, or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain inspection or repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.

Manufacturing defects happen when an error in the manufacturing process deviates from the intended design causing issues of structure or stability. Every item that is produced using a flawed design is considered defective. If you experience loss of stones due to poor setting technique or poor quality of materials, this is considered a manufacturing defect. If your jewelry bends, breaks, or separates due to poor casting quality, this is also considered a manufacturing defect and will be covered under our lifetime warranty.

The lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional damages caused to the items. Yasamine Co. covers variables within our company’s control, but cannot cover outside forces that cause our products to be damaged.

All of our rings are made in Chicago, IL in the USA.

We cut our own stones!

We source our lab diamonds from top diamond suppliers in India, the diamond cutting capital of the world. In fact, we source directly from the manufacturers so we can offer the lowest prices possible.

We recommend having your ring cleaned and inspected every year or if it undergoes any potential trauma. Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewelry. To keep your ring looking its best, you should avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, hairsprays, and detergents when possible. We do not recommend exercising, lifting weights, sleeping, swimming, or showering in your jewelry.

Your jewelry can be cleaned with warm water, dish soap and a soft toothbrush. You can also purchase an ultrasonic cleaner online for the best results.

Yes, we offer design consulting before you place your order. Contact us with any questions and we will help you choose the best stone size, ratio and dimensions for your center stone.

Yes, a drawing can be made for you free of charge before you order to help you decide.

Yes, you are welcome to send us your ring to be resized at any time.

Yes, an appraisal for insurance replacement purposes can be provided upon request.
